A few years ago I was in need of a vacation rental property management company for my La Jolla home. As someone who has experience with short term property management i knew it was paramount to find someone who was firmly focused on the short term market and not a company who did it as a sideline to their longer term business. For property owners, their fees were in line with the local market, and quite a bit lower than other areas of the country. I don't want to quote what we paid here because fee structures are different for each client and do change over time.
